Fruits are your foundational step. They are absolutely critical for your health.
Fruits contain the largest amount of antioxidants out of every food available to us.
And antioxidants are what stops us from dying and aging, which is exactly what everybody wants.
They want to beat the aging clock.
And yet the main food that will help you do that is currently being shunned for having too much sugar.
when nothing could be further from the truth.
If you're not eating fruit because of something you've heard or read,
you have the wrong information
and you're doing yourself a great disservice.
There's only so much you'll be able to heal
without having fruits in your life.
Plus, who wants to go without sweet, juicy fruits
like mango and melons and oranges and papaya and peaches?
We are designed to eat them
and enjoy all the flavor and nutrients they offer us.
So let's talk about the nutrients they actually have.
They have something called antioxidants.
You've heard about antioxidants.
You heard the term.
Antioxidants is a term for fighting free radicals.
Free radicals are toxins that age us.
We oxidize without antioxidants.
And oxidizing means we age.
So it's pretty simple.
But what happens if we didn't have antioxidants in our life or in our diet?
We would not only age, we would fall apart.
Certain parts of our body would not work as good as they need to.
Arthritis would come very easy just to begin with.
The heart would have a difficulty thriving and the liver would get very toxic.
These antioxidants in fruit cleanse the liver on a daily basis for you.
You know we're always worried about our livers.
Every day you hear something about it, a liver cleanse or a liver supplement.
A piece of fruit cleanses a liver better than any liver supplement.
But yet we're told not to have them.
When you avoid fruit, you're saying, well, I avoid antioxidants.
That's what I do.
I'm on the oxidant diet, not the antioxidant diet.
So when someone's telling you that and they're saying, no, no, no, fruit has too much sugar, what they're really saying is they're being pro-oxidant diet, not antioxidant diet.
You have to get the information right.
look, 30 years from now, 40 years from now, or 20 years from now,
we're going to start hearing how there's undiscovered antioxidants in fruit
and polyphenols and anthocyanins and anthocyanides and dimethyl resveratrol,
but different levels of these and coenzymes to these antioxidants.
See, this isn't understood yet,
but information that I get from spirit
always knows what's coming
so down the road
as you're getting older
and you've kept fruit out of your diet for too long
because of misinformation
you're going to hear
that these fruits are more important than ever before
to incorporate into your diet
because the truth is going to come out
about the coenzyme antioxidants
and the cofactor antioxidants
that are more powerful and keep us from aging.
And they're going to be bottled up in vitamins down the road.
And so people are going to be buying these vitamins.
But getting a piece of fruit in you now
will save that agony of realizing 20, 30 years have gone by
and you avoided fruits because of misinformation.
So sad. It really is disheartening.
So let's talk about what fruits are best.
Wild blueberries.
You can get those right in your grocery store.
They're going in all grocery stores now.
In the freezer department, frozen wild blueberries.
The great thing about these frozen wild blueberries is they're the most powerful food on the planet today.
Out of any food there is in restoring health.
So incorporating a little bit in your diet every day would be amazing.
Fabulous.
What you do is you have a smoothie in the morning.
if you're one that doesn't like a smoothie then maybe get a little bowl of these frozen wild
blueberries and defrost them and have them in the middle of the day put them on oatmeal if you're a
big fan of oatmeal and but in a smoothie you can put bananas and then frozen wild blueberries in
there and anything else you like too because everybody has you know different things they
want to put in their smoothies but incorporate these in there and then if you could ever go
picking for berries in your life. You know, one time in your life, if you get a chance to pick
wild berries, whether it's wild blackberries, wild raspberries, wild black raspberries,
if you can pick wild berries once in your life, it's going to take you a long way.
You see, people in their 90s now today and their hundreds have a history of when they were children,
they would pick fruits and they would pick wild fruits like go berry hunting and pick strawberries
out of strawberry patches because these antioxidants can carry us a long way as well
it helps to rewire our dna there's nutrients in fruits that rewire a dna and rna and everything
else about us that's in us helps build our blood cleanse our livers and and clear our lymphatic
system from toxins and free radicals. So older people, people in their 90s and 100s, they have
a history of having fruit in their life. So it's really important to have that. So incorporate them
when you can. So here's some different ways of doing that. You can have a snack in between meals.
Some people don't like to snack in between meals. They're on a belief system, a nutritional belief
system, or a different kind of diet that's a belief system. And so they've adopted different
ways of eating. But it's important though to try to keep your blood sugar stable. So having
something in between the three meals a day would be good. Even if it's a little something,
that's when you can incorporate an apple. A red skinned apple is wonderful for the health.
It really is. It reduces brain inflammation. That's right. And right now we're worried about
our brains. So this is the era and this is the time we're worried about our brains more than ever.
Ironically, the red-skinned apple is an anti-inflammatory for the brain, for people that have so many different symptoms like brain fog, like dizziness, vertigo, memory loss, headaches, migraines, all these different variables of mild brain inflammation.
that red-skinned apple can aid and help.
But no one is eating apples anymore.
Very few people are eating them
because we're being told it is bad and too high in sugar.
The truth is the fructose in an apple
is not the same as any other sugar.
Try not to get that confused.
There are different sugars,
just like you're a different person than someone else
and the planets are all different and so forth.
So realize that yes, you can incorporate some fruit and not to be afraid.
People who worry about gaining weight cannot gain weight on fruit.
So people that want to lose weight should incorporate some fruit snacks in their diet.
Yes, even in the afternoon have an orange, in the evening have an orange.
You have your different options.
So think about this and take one day at a time.
Look, I'm here about providing information so that you don't miss out.
And I understand how difficult it is out there these days.
Information is just flying around everywhere.
And who do you believe?
Who do you trust?
Who do you know?
And so what I like to do is I like to make sure I get people results.
I have a history of it so you don't have to wait or wait in line for an answer 10 years from now just because it becomes popular.
Get the information now.
Make sure you start healing.
Incorporate a little bit of fruit.
And if you're someone who likes more fruit, then that's even better.
Because the truth is, people don't even eat fruit.
And yet, millions and millions and millions of Americans in the U.S. alone are suffering from illnesses, conditions, and diseases.
and they don't have a lot of fruit they've ever eaten in their diet.
Maybe a lunchbox banana once a week or an apple.
So bring fruit in.
Don't be afraid.
Take it one step at a time.
If you're someone that's afraid that the fruit will cause candida
because you have a history of candida,
understand that the sugar in fruit, the fructose in fruit,
leaves your stomach in three minutes and never reaches the intestinal track. So for the ones
that are fearing, that have a fear because they've been told they have candida, understand
that the sugar and fruit leaves your stomach in three minutes, three to six minutes, and never
reaches the intestinal track. And that's something that isn't out there yet, that piece of information.
so take it one day at a time
I support you, I'm there for you
I'm proud of you
and just get a little fruit
in your diet once in a while
do the best you can
I'll see you on the next step
